  • Coriander leaves
  • Pudina/Mint leaves

For Marinating -

  • 1-2 onion (Chopped)

  • Cumin
  • 3-4 cardamom and 5-6 cloves
  • 1 Biryani leaf
  • 6-8 Curry leaves,
  • Salt, as needed

PREP ๐Ÿ˜Ž

    • To begin making the Andhra Style Green Chilly Chicken recipe, wash chicken and strain the water, salt and lemon nicely and keep it aside 30-45mins.

    • Heat oil in a nonstick pan and add few cumin, 3-4 cardamom, 5-6 cloves, curry leaves, chopped onions and green chilies and fry them until they turn brown color. Be patient as said and keep the stove in low-medium flame ๐Ÿ˜Ž

    • Now add green masala paste which is prepared earlier (step 2), till the moisture evaporates and the chicken is tender and nicely cooked (close the lid) for 5-6mins.
    • Add water as required.
